Nomination Process

Nominees will be vetted based on several key criterias including brand definition, management standards, professionalism,
customer service, quality of product/service, sustainability, corporate social responsibility and innovation. The judging process will also include a site visit to the operating premises and online & onsite interviews will be conducted with the Founder and/or
Management Team of the nominee company.

An esteemed Advisory Panel will ensure transparency in the nomination process in awarding selected winners.

Awards Entry Criterias

Business/ Service/ Product must be in the market for more than 1 year (inclusive of Best Newcomer Awards Categories)
Submit your Online Registration for the Nomination Process to begin
Nomination Fee:

Individual -USD199 (Early Bird) / USD350 (Normal)
Company – USD399 (Early Bird) / USD550 (Normal)

Awardees Are To Ensure

Understand your responsibilities.

Finalists in selected categories are required to provide treatments for a Mystery Shopper and an Official Visitor free of charge. If you are entering the Spa category this may include an overnight stay in your property as well.

Be available.

Shortlisting and visits take place between May to September – be sure that you’re available for contact during this time, or assign a member of your team to handle Awards-related tasks while you’re away.

Make a note of important dates.

Make sure you’re aware of the deadline and visiting dates and put these in your diary.

Don’t leave until the last minute

Our server experiences very high volumes of traffic around the deadline date, and this could mean that you fail to submit your entry in time or lose your submission. We cannot make exceptions to failure to meet the deadline, so please make sure you arrange to submit your entry well before the deadline of ( STATE THE DEADLINE)

Committee review

Award Committee reviews nomination form and submission of documents from nominees. If submissions meet the criteria, the nomination is sent for award analysis for verification.

Market survey

Our award analyst thoroughly reviews the information provided in the submission form with a market survey(sales figures, media publications, commercial publications etc.) and if necessary, conducts an independent visit to nominee’s outlet/premises as well as undertakes checks with industry representatives to determine the authenticity of the nomination and submissions documents.

Site visit 2nd tier

Appointed award auditors will visit second-tier pre qualified nominees for official interviews with founders/management team and site inspections. – to review

Perform audits

Appointed auditors will be tasked to verify the information and perform qualitatively audits based on credentials and presentations from the founders/management team as well as assess succession planning, growth policies, and risk mitigation strategies.

Announcement

Upon finalization of results by the Award Committee and Advisory Board, winning nominees will be officially notified of results and briefed on the terms and conditions in accordance with the standards of the judging process.

Recognition Dinner

The recognition event will be conducted in a 5-star venue and officiated by a Government Minister of equivalent capacity.
